Everything smoked fresh each Saturday morning. Our pits fire up at 3 AM so you get peak smoke, peak bark, peak flavor. Prices are per pound unless noted.
Smoked Meats
Prime Brisket

Pulled Pork
$18/lbPork shoulder smoked 12 hours over hickory. Pulled to order, never sitting in holding.
Pork Ribs
$24/lbSt. Louis cut spare ribs. 6-hour smoke, no foil crutch. Clean pull, not fall-off-the-bone mush.
Smoked Turkey
$16/lbWhole turkey breast, pecan-smoked. Brined, dried, and smoked until mahogany gold.

Pit Beans
